New Beginnings...
I don't blog so that I can compete with the ideals and goals of the guys behind techcrunch. Its like a new form of a diary... and once in a while - you tear a page off because you are not too happy with what you wrote. So here goes. I have to admit that I used the medium for a variety of reasons - but the primary one was as a therapeutic tool. It was the only place where I could say and write what I wanted about my neighbour... anyway, he's my neighbour no more.
I left Grad Hall last Sunday, and have been taking my time sttling down at my new pad - at Sixth Avenue. Its getting better by the day - I only wish I didn't have Dr. Mohan's assignments dangling over me.
There's a weeklong clearance sale at IKEA - I'm not a huge fan of the place - so I went there to get the mundane stuff. Will leave the choice of sofas and other furniture to Renu when she comes later this month. Haven't used the swimming pool yet - knowing me, I'll just strut around the place in my shorts for a while and head back for something more comfortable - -like a cold shower.
Pictutres of the new pad will be put up soon...
Till then, here are a few things thats been playing on my mind and peppering my vision - brown boxes, Miles Davis, Carlsberg, kitchen knives, athritis inducing sofa, Samsung (all over the bloody house), laptop with pending assignment, Jerry Maguire's Mission Statement, Maxim Magazine, shoe rack, rugs...

Hi I am glad you finally deleted your post about your neighbor. Please don't get me wrong, I do not know them personally nor they are my friends. I just don't feel comfortable with that kind of post coming from a professional and mature indivual as you. Although this is your domain as the master blogger, I am sure you are aware that people in every corners of the world may visit your blog. I don't really want to intrude on your thoughts and freedom of expression...but just the same I am happy with what you did. Goodluck and all the best!
Well Mr. Anaonymous (or Ms.), I'm glad you are glad. But, I'd like to ask you one thing... please don't get me wrong. But why is it that you don't use your name? Are you ashamed of using your name? Or are you one that really likes to maintain a sense of privacy? If you are such a private person, you should not be leaving comments in someone else's blog. I hope you understand. Its just my opinion. I mean no harm - but given the choice between knowing your identity + then reading your comments and not reading anonymous comments at all... I choose the former.
your choice of beer needs work.

Heineken: tastes a bit sharp
Hoegaarden: love the taste - but it gets really filling
Tiger: you must be joking
Steela artois: for brits only
Carlsberg: they say that they are probably the best beer in the world. probably not.
